Confidentiality and security

Consultants need to be trusted advisers. To achieve trust, you must be assured of confidentiality and security. We understand that our clients and their information must be held in the strictest confidence and security and so all file sharing and storage on contract work is performed on encrypted servers that are compliant with GDPR regulations.

Documentation

At a minimum, our consulting engagements typically include:

• A plan of action with timelines and milestones
• A budget with ongoing cost tracking
• A progress description
• A completion summary and recap of results

Example of recent work

A business leader was getting push-back from customers (both internal and external) about their product and services. The leader needed to regain momentum and provide focus to their future strategy.
